Our commitment

Exodus Realty wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we keep improving the site as we add pages and features.

What you can adjust

Select the round accessibility button in the bottom-left corner of any page to:

• Make text larger (up to 150%)
• Switch to high contrast
• Highlight every link
• Use a plain, easy-to-read font
• Add space between lines and letters
• Pause animations and moving content
• Use a large cursor
• Hide images

Your choices are remembered on your device until you select Reset all. Every page also has a Skip to main content link for keyboard users (press Tab when the page loads), and a visible outline shows where you are as you move through links and buttons.

Listings from the MLS

Homes for sale on this site are supplied by the Beaches MLS through a third-party search tool. We don’t control how that tool is built, so some listing search and detail screens may not meet every accessibility guideline. If any part of a search or listing is hard to use, contact us and we’ll send you the information directly or walk through it with you.
