Paul's Perspective
Chasewood of Jupiter makes the most sense for buyers who want a lower entry price than most comparable properties in the county and the flexibility to rent it out seasonally when they are away. You also get tennis on site, plus a monthly fee that already includes cable, water and building insurance.
The association approves buyers, so I would start the application as soon as your offer is accepted to protect your closing date.
